We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at support@corlaf.us with your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, and the reason for the return. If your return is approved, we'll email you a prepaid, downloadable and printable return label at no cost to you — we cover return shipping on all approved returns. Items sent back without first requesting and receiving approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at support@corlaf.us if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please include your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue. After review, we may offer a replacement, exchange, refund, or a return label with instructions. As with all our returns, we cover the return shipping cost.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Some categories of items may not be eligible for return, such as final sale or clearance items, gift cards, and items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way. If we introduce any such categories, they'll be clearly marked as final sale on the product page at the time of purchase. If you have questions about whether a specific item is eligible for return, contact us at support@corlaf.us before purchasing or before starting your return.
Exchanges
The fastest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item. Contact us at support@corlaf.us to start an exchange — we'll walk you through the process, including your free return label.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship, and accept returns from, addresses within the United States only.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you still haven't seen the refund, please contact us at support@corlaf.us.
Restocking Fees
There is no restocking fee on approved returns.
Cancellations
You may request cancellation before your order has shipped by contacting us at support@corlaf.us. Once an order has shipped, it can't be cancelled, but you're welcome to request a return after delivery under this policy.
Statutory Consumer Rights
This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
Return Address
Please do not send items back before contacting us. Once your return is approved, we'll email you your prepaid return label along with the correct return address to use.
